Security

This page summarizes the practical steps we take to protect accounts, content, and service infrastructure.

Access control

We restrict access to accounts, admin tools, and internal systems based on role and operational need.

Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel responsible for operating, supporting, or securing the service.

  • User accounts are accessed through authenticated sessions.
  • Internal tools and administrative features are limited to authorized operators.
  • We review access when operational needs change.

Data protection

We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

Uploaded files, generated content, and account data are handled through controlled application workflows rather than open public endpoints.

  • We use HTTPS and other standard transport protections where applicable.
  • We limit direct exposure of internal storage and administrative systems.
  • We retain data only for operational, legal, support, and security needs.

Authentication and account security

VoxParrot supports email and password authentication as well as Google sign-in where configured.

You are responsible for securing the account and sign-in method associated with your VoxParrot access and for reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Operational security

We work to keep the platform reliable by monitoring service behavior, investigating errors, and limiting abuse that may affect availability or security.

Like any online service, no platform can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to respond quickly when issues are identified.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on third-party providers such as authentication, infrastructure, or AI generation services. Those providers maintain their own security controls and terms.

Security responsibilities for users

You should avoid uploading material you are not authorized to use, keep your login methods secure, and review generated output before publishing or distributing it.

Reporting issues

If you believe you found a security issue or unauthorized account activity, contact support@voxparrot.com with as much detail as possible so we can investigate.
